1. Engineering Services & Engagement
Sparknity Studio Inc. provides custom software engineering, artificial intelligence integration, product design, and architectural advisory services under formally executed Statements of Work (SOW) or sprint service agreements.
2. 100% Intellectual Property Sovereignty
Upon settlement of milestone invoices, 100% of all custom software source code, database architectures, documentation, and design assets developed specifically for the client are assigned exclusively to the client. Sparknity asserts zero proprietary claim or vendor lock-in.
3. Post-Launch Code Warranty
For fixed-scope sprint engagements, Sparknity provides a standard 30-day post-launch warranty covering bug fixes and critical remediation arising from delivered scope at zero additional charge.
4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Unless explicitly specified in a customized enterprise Master Services Agreement (MSA), client engagements shall be interpreted and governed according to applicable corporate commercial laws.
